Energy Elevation- Mindful Meals

"Eating healthy food fills your body with energy and nutrients. Imagine your cells smiling back at you and saying: Thank you!" -Karen Salmansohn

Our guides are also experts in outdoor cooking, so you’ll be able to savor delicious meals while camping. They are focused on partnering with local eateries and markets that use only the finest, premium ingredients in secluded areas close to National Parks. They have conducted thorough research to ensure that your meal is as pleasing to the taste buds as it is to the eyes.

They believe that the food prepared each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner is equally as important as a great day on the trails. The meals are focused on lean proteins, veggies, greens, and a variety of side dishes. Our guides put in extra effort to make sure that only the freshest ingredients are used in the preparation of your meals to ensure you remain satisfied and energized.

You will enjoy a mix of camp base meals, local dining, and picnic-style lunches with breathtaking views.
